What are your cases made of?
It depends on the style. Our silicone cases use soft-touch silicone with a microfibre lining, our clear cases are made from flexible, anti-yellowing TPU, and our rugged cases combine a hard polycarbonate back with shock-absorbing TPU edges. Each product page lists the exact material.
Will the case fit my phone exactly?
Yes. Every case is made for one specific model, so please choose your exact phone (for example, iPhone 16 Pro and iPhone 16 Pro Max are different sizes). Use the phone picker on the shop page to see only cases that fit your model.
Are the designs stickers?
No. Designs are printed directly onto the case, so there's nothing to peel off.
Will the print fade or peel?
Our prints are scratch- and fade-resistant and made to last through everyday use. Like any printed surface, they last longest when kept away from harsh chemicals and abrasive cleaners.
Do your cases protect against drops?
Our cases have raised edges around the screen and camera to protect the glass from flat surfaces. For the most protection, choose a case from our rugged or shockproof range, which has reinforced corners to absorb impact.
Do the cases work with MagSafe and wireless charging?
Our MagSafe-compatible cases have built-in magnets and work with MagSafe chargers and accessories. Most of our other slim cases also work with standard wireless chargers. Rugged cases and cases with metal parts may be too thick, so check the product description.
How do I clean my case?
Wipe it with a soft cloth slightly dampened with water or a mild soap solution, then let it dry fully before putting it back on. Avoid alcohol, bleach and abrasive cleaners.
Orders and payment
How do I place an order?
Pick your phone model, choose a case, add it to your cart and check out. You can check out as a guest or create an account to track orders and save addresses.
Which payment methods do you accept?
We accept UPI, debit and credit cards, netbanking and popular wallets, all processed securely by Razorpay. We never see or store your card or bank details.
Do you offer cash on delivery?
At the moment we accept prepaid orders only. Paying online lets us confirm and dispatch your order faster.
Can I use a discount code?
Yes. Enter your code in the cart or at checkout and the discount is applied before you pay. Only one code can be used per order.
Can I change or cancel my order?
You can cancel an order from your account any time before it ships, and we'll refund you in full. To change an order, contact us as soon as possible and we'll do our best before it's dispatched.
Shipping and delivery
How much does shipping cost?
Shipping is free on orders of ₹499 or more. Orders below that have a flat ₹49 shipping charge, shown in your cart before you pay.
How long will delivery take?
We dispatch within 1–2 business days. Delivery usually takes 3–7 business days after dispatch, depending on your PIN code. Enter your PIN code on any product page to see an estimate.
Do you ship all over India?
Yes, we deliver to most PIN codes across India through trusted courier partners. If we can't reach your address, we'll let you know and refund you in full.
How do I track my order?
We email you a tracking link as soon as your order ships. You can also follow every update from your account.
Returns and refunds
Can I return a case?
Yes. If your case arrives damaged, defective or isn't what you ordered, tell us within 7 days of delivery and we'll replace it or refund you. You can also return an unused case in its original packaging if you change your mind. See our returns policy for details.
How do I start a return?
Open the order in your account and choose Return items. Pick a reason and tell us what happened. If the case is damaged, email us a photo with your order number. We'll email you the next steps.
When will I get my refund?
Once we approve your refund, it goes back to your original payment method. Banks usually take 5–7 business days to show it.
